For over 30 years, John Forde, a Physical Therapist, RMT, and former trainer for elite teams like the Vancouver Canucks — saw a serious gap. His patients needed effective pain relief, but most topicals raised concerns about harsh chemicals and side effects, highlighted by cases like the 2007 BenGay incident involving a young athlete.

John and his colleagues knew there had to be a safer, more trustworthy solution. His search even led him to explore unconventional remedies — like an udder cream from the dairy industry — before realizing the answer had to be purpose-built. That insight sparked the creation of a truly natural, practitioner-formulated relief cream. It had to be better.
